We offer a bespoke, personalised service.
We offer a Full Management Package.
We sign tenants up to our own AST Letting Agreements and organise detailed checks on them (and on guarantors where applicable).
We also arrange for a financial check and employment check of the tenants, as legally required.
We collect the rent monthly, usually by Standing Order, paid into our client account and we account to client landlords monthly. We detail any expenses that have been incurred in the property. Any issues with regard to the property are dealt with by our team of tradesmen;
our management team are available by phone, text and email.
We establish close relationships with our tenants and are very reactive to any issues or problems which they might have with their tenancies/the properties, they almost always pay their rent on time, we rarely have any rent arrears, and tenants often renew their tenancies as they appreciate our active management.
We hold the deposits (a sum equal to the monthly rent) in an insured scheme and when tenants are due to leave the property, we inspect it, we agree a schedule of dilapidations and we deduct the cost of any repairs from the deposit.
Refurbishment project management
We take the headache out of your refurbishment project. We carry the project on our shoulders. We take ownership of your project and see it through from start to completion.
Design, budgeting, contractors, suppliers, day-to-day management, time management, we oversee it all.
